The wait was worth it, and after almost a year's delay due to the global pandemic generated by the COVID-19, the fifteenth version of the Vomero saga from the Oregon-based company has arrived. Having just arrived on the market, at RUNNEA we didn't want to miss the opportunity to give a silhouette designed for neutral runners and heavy runners (over 80 kilos) that boasts a great track record in the running world. Extremely soft feel

The presence of ZoomX foam turns this latest version of the iconic Vomero family into a true rolling silhouette that guarantees an extremely soft feel throughout the miles.

In addition, with the intention of improving the cushioning capacity, an Air Zoom Unit is included in the forefoot, twice as big as the one we saw in the Nike Vomero 14. Thus, this fifteenth release presents a 10mmdrop.

Running shoe of the week: Nike Vomero 15, upper

Classic design and increased breathability

We find ourselves with a completely renewed upper. In terms of aesthetics, we need to go back to 2010 to remember the classic design of the Vomero 5, which this time is combined with Nikes most avant-garde technologies.

Beyond the aesthetics, the upper also includes perforations in the fabric for greater breathability, as well as contact points on the tongue and heel for supreme comfort while running. As an innovation, these Vomero 15 have a heel clip for greater foot stability, which once again translates into a more comfortable ride.
