Garmin vívosmart 3 includes a strength training activity that incorporates an automatic rep counting feature. It tracks your exercises, reps, sets and rest time, and allows you to leave the notebook at home.

The activity monitor automatically synchronizes with Garmin Connect, its virtual sports community, where you can check your progress, share it on social networks and participate in challenges.
