Sonia, 31 years old. Sport has not been something essential in my life until a few years ago. I started playing rugby for a couple of seasons until I realized that I enjoyed it very much. Taking advantage of the fact that I have three dogs that I adore, as well as my partner, I started with canicross and from there it didn't take long until I took the step to trail running, since we live in the mountains. And that's when I said, yes, here it is, so I'm here to give you my opinion and sensations of the shoes I can try.
