The New Balance Fresh Foam X More v4 are my first maximalist shoes. What does the term maximalism mean when applied to running? To explain it in a very simple way, they are shoes with a very big sole (about cms thick) and normally with a lowdrop, in this case they have a drop of 4 millimeters.
Of course if you want a very well cushioned running shoes, the New Balance Fresh Foam X More v4 is a very good option.
What kind of runners are the New Balance Fresh Foam X More v4 for?
Clearly I recommend them for two profiles of runners:
- The first profile would be those people who need maximum cushioning. The almost 3 centimeters of the New Balance Fresh Foam X midsole are a guarantee of comfort and security in the tread.
- The second type of runner profile for which I think it is recommended is for those of us who like to have more than one model that adapts to our training or running outings.
I'll give you an example, right now I'm combining these New Balance Fresh Foam X More v4 with the Skechers GO run Ride 10 The first ones I use for days with more kilometers and when I go out earlier in the day, where my body asks for comfort.
