Joma Carrera 2017

The path to follow in Joma Sport is marked by its Storm Viper model, the most avant-garde sneaker of the company from Toledo. An imposed label, thanks to the incorporation of its innovative Rebound technology, which not only improves the resistance of its soles, but is also able to offer the necessary rebound, and therefore give the right impulse in each stride.

This same technology is also present in the 2017 version of the Carrera, one of Joma's most iconic sagas. This makes that as one of its novelties, the Joma Carrera 2017 reduce its weight with respect to previous versions (around 320 grams in weight).

The Joma Carrera 2017 include new technologies, but without losing their genuine and main features, such as:

• Pulsor: The cushioning system that sits on a piece of gel, and whose mission is focused on improving the impulse in each step, but also minimizing the impact. In this sense, the midsole has two pieces of phylon (Full Dual Pulsor).

• Durability: The technology aimed at prolonging the life of the sole, thanks to the high-strength rubber compound, which delays wear due to abrasion of the sole itself.

• Stabilis: As its name suggests, it provides stability, thanks to a TPU piece, right at the front of the model, reducing heel movements.

• Heel counter made of Foam and PVC, which allows for greater comfort and protection in the rear part.

• Pre-molded EVA insole: Absorbs impacts and also provides cushioning. End result: More efficient and reactive stride.

Seamless upper, perfect fit

Nor should we forget that another of the most striking elements of the Joma Carrera 2017 is its upper made of thread, seamless, which guarantees a perfect fit to the foot.

That is why Joma Sport has opted to combine its latest and innovative technologies (Rebound) with others already seen in previous models, but that do not lose their validity. The result: a more reactive and efficient stride.

With a 10-millimeterdrop, the Joma Carrera 2017 are designed as intense training shoes, and suitable for competition, which ensure excellent cushioning for runners with a neutral stride, and medium-high weight.
