The main novelty of the Brooks Glycerin Max is the incorporation of the innovative DNA Tuned technology. This new midsole, with a nitrogen-infused compound optimized with cells of different sizes, works in harmony to offer the best of both worlds: cushioning on landing and quick response at toe-off. In addition, the unique GlideRoll Rocker, with completely redesigned geometries, ensures smooth transitions from heel to toe, reducing muscle fatigue. The midsole is 18% bio-based, which significantly reduces carbon emissions compared to traditional foams while the height is 35 millimeters in the heel and 29 millimeters in the forefoot.
