Fitness or 'good form' if we translate it into our language, refers to a regular physical activity with repetitive movements that has been previously planned and aims to improve or maintain our body in good shape with the support of a diet and proper rest. Created in 2000 by Nathalie Leivas and practiced in more than 100 countries, this type of cardiovascular training that is practiced in groups consists of movements such as kicks, punches, elbows, knees and katas from the various disciplines that make up the martial arts and always following a musical rhythm.
