The Nike Pegasus FlyEase is a running shoe that incorporates some of the most outstanding technologies of the brand and is aimed especially at the female audience.
Nike Pegasus FlyEase's outstanding features
Nike' s new running shoe stands out mainly for its bold and sporty design and for the FlyEase strap technology on the upper, which gives the shoe its name and allows for easy on and off using the strap, adjusting them in a personalized way according to the needs of each individual at all times.
The shoe 's design team has conducted several tests with runners from all over the world to incorporate an Engineered Mesh upper, which is stronger and more flexible than normal mesh, offering lighter weight, breathability and durability. Additional padding in the tongue and ankle area helps keep runners' feet comfortable.
The new Nike Pegasus FlyEase integrates Flywire technology on the sides of the shoe to provide extra support to help keep the foot in place. It consists of small filaments that Nike applies to the shoes to reduce the weight of the shoe and improve the fit.
Finally, the upper of the shoe has a tongue that, in this model, is separated from the upper of the shoe to offer space and adapt to the different foot shapes of the runners.
The midsole of the Nike Pegasus FlyEase features Nike React technology, a lightweight and durable foam that provides a soft and responsive ride. They have been combined with a Zoom Air unit in the forefoot and heel to provide an energized feel at toe-off. The result is a smooth transition from heel to toe.
The outsole of the shoe is rubber with a waffle-like design to provide traction. The design of the shoe features flex grooves to provide more flexibility and smoothness at toe-off. The heel area is designed to optimize landing and surface contact, easing the transition from heel to toe.
