Inov-8 X-Talon 212

Talking about the X Talon 212 is synonymous with the most popular off-road shoe in the varied range of the British manufacturer Inov-8. Many world champions in mountain races have used this particular model to achieve their goals and reap the most outstanding triumphs.

Thanks to its 6-millimeter drop, the Inov-8 X Talon 212 is classified as an intermediate shoe for mountain running. Especially on wet terrain, although it also offers very good performance on dry surfaces. This transitional model is designed for trail runners who prefer to sacrifice good cushioning for an ultralight shoe with outstanding grip and optimal protection.

In the X Talon 2123, cushioning is reduced to Inov-8s exclusive Meta-Flex system. This consists of the incorporation of a flex band at the metatarsal level. Although it does not stand out for being a very cushioned shoe, it has a harder and stiffer midsole than the classic trail running models, resulting in greater durability for longer distances.

Regarding its upper, Inov-8 has opted for a thick nylon fabric, which provides more consistency. While its interior stands out for its comfort and convenience.
