The Brooks Pureflow 7 are Running shoes renewed by the Pennsylvania firm to respond to the needs of the runner and that reach the seventh edition in the Pureflow saga. The truth is that the previous version is characterized by the level of cushioning and a design of internal structure but sock liner. In this latest release the firm has thought of a minimalist runner and bet on a low drop.
We are now going to talk about the features of this new model from Brooks. The first thing that catches our attention is the cushioning with the BioMoGo DNA compound in the midsole. It is also a more dynamic one that adapts easily to your foot. In addition, we wanted to increase the level of protection especially for long distance races.
The upper area of the Brooks Pureflow 2 is a completely updated area. It now has a bootie-shaped internal structure and has been made with elastic and soft fabric on the outside. This innovation offers lightweight coverage and increased ventilation. In addition, the sock fit provides a higher degree of comfort and less restriction for the runner. This fit is complemented by the laces.
As for the outsole, we can define it as a flexible sole that has been designed to disperse the impact of the foot strike and thus reduce possible injuries. In fact, it has been made with blown rubber in order to achieve a light and safe traction that promises a slight advance and contribute to the natural movement of the foot. For all these reasons, Brooks has opted for a minimalist experience with a rounded heel to achieve better alignment of the feet and reduce the stress of running on the joints. Also, in the outsole pattern we can see the Omega Flex grooves, a pattern that favors the flexibility of the shoe and will allow us to move the foot smoothly in all directions.
