Soft and ready for any distance, they burst onto the scene with important new features such as an updated midsole for greater underfoot comfort and an improved fit thanks to the new 3D Fit pattern on the upper.

The latter interaction incorporates the company's softest cushioning, DNA LOFT compound, in 100% of the midsole. It is a resilient and lightweight foam, not too soft, that will allow you to enjoy a more natural stride.

The main difference with respect to the original version, the Brooks Ghost 14, lies in the upper construction. This waterproof version incorporates the new lightweight GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane which, attached directly to the upper, provides a lighter and more flexible fit.

The outsole of this training shoe features a highly wear-resistant compound that ensures excellent grip and traction.
