The dynamic cushioning of this shoe allows us to enjoy fast and light transitions. Also, by incorporating Guidesole technology, it generates less ankle flexion and greater shock absorption, reducing muscle fatigue and increasing running efficiency. Special mention should also be made of the x propulsion plate, which allows for energy return that generates a faster and more dynamic running sensation.
The lightness of this model is one of its great claims. With just 240 grams of weight, it is placed in the segment of trail running shoes flying most prominent of the manufacturer ASICS.
The fit offered by the lacing system, in the style of Salomon's Quicklace, I believe, is another of its great attributes. A quick release that allows for a customized fit.
The translucent fabric used in the construction of the upper allows for superior breathability. A mesh that breathes very easily.
Opportunities for improvement in the ASICS Fujispeed
The stability offered by this shoe as a whole I feel that it has some room for improvement. I found it to be a bit unstable as we were pushing the pace. The outsole does perform well, but only on technical terrain. When it gets muddy, my friends, things change for the worse.
That's why this first edition can be improved, for future versions, in these key areas that I consider key.
