Features

The sneakers feature a vintage style with a leather and canvas upper in a two-color combination. The main construction of the upper is made of canvas, which not only provides durability, but also allows the shoe to fit comfortably on the foot, while maintaining adequate ventilation to keep the interior cool.

The toe contour reinforcements and heel section are made of leather, in a different color to add a pop of color to the upper. The collar and tongue facilitate a comfortable closure of the shoe, which is complemented by waxed laces that add a retro touch to the Saucony Jazz '91.

Cushioning is provided by a single layer of EVA foam that extends across the entire midsole. By having a more even surface for the foot, the impact energy is distributed more efficiently; the rubber is denser in the heel section to better protect this area of the foot, while in the forefoot it is thinner to facilitate the take-off from the ground. In this way the midsole not only offers protection, but also greater fluidity in the stride, making the shoes more comfortable.

The outsole uses Sauconys classic rectangular tread pattern, which is located only in the forefoot section. In the midfoot and heel the pattern changes to add some flex grooves.
