The Nike Air Footscape Woven NM is a sneaker with a peculiar design in which the technologies focused on the dynamics and flexibility of the foot that the company had implemented since 1995 have been taken up again, to achieve a shoe that not only promotes a natural movement but also offers an excellent level of ventilation thanks to its woven structure.

Shoe design

The design of the shoe is one of the distinctive aspects of this edition; the upper is made of suede, which has a woven pattern all around the shoe. This interwoven fiber makes the shoe more flexible, but also promotes the passage of air into the interior to keep the foot cool.

Asymmetrically laced laces promote midfoot movement by allowing the fabric to move freely. The heel has a leather reinforcement that allows for greater durability to this section of the shoe but also supports the foot to prevent twisting.

The insole of the Nike Air Footscape Woven NM is made of a layer of EVA foam lined with leather which provides good characteristics in comfort but also in durability. The midsole of the shoe uses Phylon technology for better shock absorption and energy distribution.

The outsoles use an abrasion-resistant rubber with good traction characteristics. The grooves that extend throughout the sole are quite deep, allowing the shoes to have good flexibility. The panels or lugs that extend across the outsole are large but not very prominent, so the shoes adapt to any surface.

The Nike Air Footscape Woven NM is a casual sneaker ideal for casual wear with a sporty look while allowing libre movement of the feet. With good support in the lateral section of the foot and an efficient cushioning system, they are the perfect companions for walking around town.
