Lakai Fremont

Features

The upper of these shoes is made of suede, a material that in addition to offering greater durability, also allows for a more casual style that makes the shoes ideal for use as part of our "street" outfits. The suede has small perforations in the toe area and on the sides to allow air to pass into the shoe so that the feet do not suffer from perspiration.

For those who wear the shoes all day long and are looking for a higher level of ventilation, the Lakai Fremont also has a mesh upper option, which is ideal when the shoes are worn casually, but also maintains its durability and comfort when skateboarding.

The midsole is made of compression-molded rubber, which allows the shoe to be more responsive when in contact with the surface. This rubber also has the ability to adapt to the pressure exerted by the foot, offering cushioning that adjusts to the needs.

The collar and tongue are made from a neoprene material that helps to provide greater comfort when closing the shoe and also prevents slippage or the shoe from slipping off during certain movements.

A Lux-Lite insole has been placed inside the shoe to help complement the cushioning system of the midsole and also allows our feet to be comfortable no matter how long we wear the Lakai Fremont.

The outsoles are made of two rubber compounds that can be differentiated by both different colors and patterns. The rubber used for the heel area offers greater resistance to wear, cushioning and traction to protect the foot when first impacting this area, while from the midfoot to the toe there is a rubber with more flexible characteristics that promotes freedom of movement.
