Veja Condor 3

During the ISPO trade fair held annually in Germany, a series of recognitions and awards are given to the most outstanding products of the season, and the new Veja Condor 3 has been recognized with one of the awards of the event.

The Veja Condor 3 is a running shoe that combines recycled materials with the latest technologies to meet the needs of today's runners.

Highlights of the new Veja Condor 3

Veja is one of the brands on the market today that stands out for its social approach, both in the treatment of sustainable materials and components and also for offering socially responsible working conditions.

The new shoe, available on the market from the end of March 2024, lands after years of research and design since the Veja Condor 2 appeared on the market to bring improvements in all aspects and become a sportier shoe.

The upper features an engineered mesh upper that stands out for its breathability and light weight. The shoe will feature recycled polyester for the technical upper and laces.

The midsole features EVA foam made partly from sugarcane-based materials, which provides good cushioning for medium and long distance training.

The sole of the shoe is equipped with L-FOAM cushioning from forefoot to rearfoot. It is a natural rubber (from the Amazon region) that will provide great shock absorption in each of our strides.

Producing sustainable running shoes is always a balancing act between respect for the environment and performance. With the Condor 3, VEJA continues to advance research and development and bio-based materials to create a running shoe that meets the needs of the environmentally conscious runner, from beginner to long distance.

Technical specifications of the new Veja Condor 3

The shoe is relatively light for a daily training running shoe, weighing 287 grams in the men's version (size 9 US), which makes it very light despite the use of environmentally friendly materials.

The drop will be located at 8 mm, an idealdrop for comfortable and cushioned running. The profiles of the shoe are moderately high, with 37 mm in the rear and 29 mm in the front of the shoe.

In short, this is a shoe that responds to a broad profile of runners and features important innovations compatible with the use of bio-based materials.

The shoe will be available on the market from March 28, 2024 and has an official launch price of 180 euros.
