Saucony Kinvara 6

Endorsed by the Best Running Shoe 2014 award, given by Runner's World magazine, the Saucony Kinvara 5 model has set the bar very high. However, the American brand has unveiled a new redesign of this successful family in the natural running shoe segment.

The sixth version of the Kinvara is designed for lighter and more natural running. And the feeling of maximum freedom is achieved thanks to the combination of a more breathable mesh upper and its pro-lock lacing system, offering a remarkable fit in the midfoot area.

Freedom of foot movement

The new Saucony Kinvara 6 brings few changes. All the new features are focused on increasing the shoe's durability.

Its 218 grams still keep the Kinvara 6 as a very light training shoe that does not restrict foot movement. True to the idea of more natural running, the model has a more than optimal balance between durability and weight.

Greater stability in the stride

The upper of the Saucony Kinvara 6 has been made of lighter materials with the addition of FlexFilm technology. This is a more breathable and flexible upper layer, which not only reinforces foot protection, but also confers more stability.

Cushioning remains the exclusive domain of PowerGrid technology. This system is only incorporated in the heel, which favors high impact absorption.

Another system to highlight is RunDry, present in the ankle collar. As it is a softer material, the benefits are more noticeable:

• Avoids annoying and uncomfortable chafing.
• Helps moisture absorption.

More natural impact

It should also not be forgotten that the Kinvara 6 is designed with a low drop of 4 millimeters, which reinforces its hallmark of a more natural impact, and also allows to achieve a correct body posture in each stride.
