The midsole combines Optivibe and Infuse technology from the French multinational, which makes the Sonic 3 Balance an energetic and vibration-reduced running shoe. This makes the cushioning more reactive, which minimizes negative impact on the joints and, at the same time, promotes a smoother ride. It is a midsole that is well blended with the shoe as a whole, making for a more pleasant ride for the runner.

The upper of the new arrivals of the Salomon Sonic 3 Balance is made of a fine mesh, not excessively flashy, but which allows great lightness and breathability. Its simple and symmetrical lacing, together with its thin tongue, provides a great fit for all types of feet.
