Salomon S-LAB XT 5 SOFTGROUND

Version of the S-Lab Racing machine shoe for muddy, muddy, wet terrain and now with a more aggressive design. The upper of the shoe is made of mesh.

Technologies used in the development

• Anti-detritus mesh: This mesh prevents small stones from getting trapped between the foot and the insole.
• Water-repellent fabric.
• Lace pocket: Allows the laces of the Quick Fit system to be hidden and protected.
• Tongue coverage: The tongue is protected by mesh against mud and small stones from getting inside the shoe.
• Protective TPU toe cap: Provides good foot support and lateral protection.
• Sensifit?: Sensifit system works to cushion the foot for a precise and secure fit.
• Quicklace?: Ultra-thin, quick-tie laces are extremely durable. Easy on, easy off.
• Non-marking Contagrip® racing outsole: Thanks to a combination of different Contagrip® hardnesses, Salomon s Adventure Running outsoles offer the perfect fusion of grip and durability for racing over mixed terrain at high paces. Designed with different flex grooves at specific points that improve the shoe's flexibility, self-cleaning and multidirectional lugs, and start and stop lugs. Outsole suitable for all types of Trail terrain. They have been tested in competition to dynamically face any terrain.
• Contagrip® non-marking for mud and snow: This special winter Contagrip sole leaves no trace on any terrain.

• Molded EVA: Provides excellent cushioning and anatomical support.
• OrthoLite®: OrthoLite® inner liner combines Ortholite® specific foam with EVA foam in the heel. Ortholite® foam gives the foot a better feel. Cooler, drier, hygienic and more comfortable. The durability of the sole has been improved compared to other models of the brand. Recycled tire compounds have been used in its manufacture to favor and protect the environment. The EVA heel cup offers a firmer heel support and a softer feel to the foot.
