The upper of the shoe is made of Nylon air mesh, also maintaining the stability of the TPU that was already incorporated in the Diadora Volo 3.

The midsole features one of the most popular technologies of the brand, the Blushield technology, a very light EVA foam that provides good cushioning.

The shoe incorporates a removable insole DNATTIVO, is a high density foam that gives us a great shock absorption capacity and also stands out for its high breathability and contain antibacterial components that help eliminate odors.

The shoe has an outsole that guarantees great durability and is designed in two distinct parts, a front area with the presence of the Soplar Flexoft compound that helps us in reactivity and flexibility and, in the heel area, has the special Duratech 5000 compound that gives us great resistance to abrasion and durability.

This is an ideal shoe for runners of light to medium weight (over 75 kg) with neutral stride technique who need a versatile shoe for fast running over short distances or for running at medium paces over longer distances such as a half marathon.

In this section, it is worth mentioning the slight differences, beyond the weight, between the men's and women's versions. The shoe weighs 285 grams in the men's version (size 43 EU) and 225 grams in the women's version (size 38 EU).

As for the drop of the shoe, both versions have high but differentiated drops in each of the versions, the Diadora Volo 4 men's version has a drop of 10 mm, while the women' s version is reduced by one millimeter, leaving it with a drop of 9 mm. Both drops are ideal for running comfortably during our running workouts.
