Year 2013

The Brooks Cascadia 8 trail running shoe is one of the veterans of the segment and comes with significant improvements. It is a shoe for neutral runners up to 75 kg who need comfort through a softer cushioning that has been achieved thanks to the use of new materials in the sole and midsole. Precisely the outsole is one of the aspects that has changed the most. It has multitacos differently oriented to help the grip not only in the climbs but also in the descents. In the heel there is only one orientation to favor braking. The tread is as we say softer and somewhat less flexible but fits the foot better than its predecessor as it is a little narrower. It also has lateral and toe reinforcements. It can be used preferably on roads, trails and dirt tracks. Like the Pure models, the Cascadia features the innovative BioMoGo DNA? midsole. This reduces weight without compromising performance. The worm-like multi-cushioning provides a unique transition from entry to toe-off that helps prevent injury.
