Let's start by talking about the upper. This one is made with a combination of mesh and synthetic material, which provide durability, comfort and ventilation. The mesh has the appearance of a fabric, which is very soft to the touch, the micro perforations allow good airflow to the interior; in the toe and tongue area the holes are slightly larger for better ventilation.

Heat-sealed synthetic reinforcements run from the heel area to the sides of the shoe and enhance the structure to offer greater protection to the heel and sides, providing security in fast movements. This is complemented by the low cut which helps the ankle move more freely.

The lacing system uses round laces for a more comfortable fit; a synthetic reinforcement connects the lace holes to the thermo-sealed sidewalls to allow for a customized fit and a better closure that will prevent the shoe from slipping or sliding while exercising.

The outsole of these shoes features a highly abrasion-resistant rubber that is reinforced in the most wear-prone areas such as the toe and heel. A linear pattern and different grooves have been incorporated for each area of the sole, thus achieving different types of traction and flexibility according to the areas of the foot that are used in the different CrossFit exercises.

In the arch area and near the toe area the outsole is extended in a pattern that offers traction and durability to the shoes while doing rope ascents or side planks.
