Upper

One of the main features of this shoe is the comfort and adaptability of its upper, which as the name of the shoe indicates, is made with Flyknit technology; this technology consists of a fabric designed by the firm, with very soft touch characteristics, which adapts to the natural shape of our foot as if it were a sock.

Thanks to this quality, the shoe becomes more flexible and permissive, aspects of great advantage when practicing sports, mainly those in which we need to run or move with speed. Another important feature of this technology is that it offers very good ventilation and keeps the feet cool during long training sessions.

The lining on the inside of the shoe helps to complement this comfort and also allows the shoe to hug the foot better for a more secure fit.

On the sides, the Nike Metcon DSX Flyknit features Flywire technology, which consists of cables that are placed in the midfoot section and attach directly to the laces, making the lateral section custom fit the width of the user's foot when the user adjusts the laces.

For added protection there is a TPU heel cup, which holds the heel in place and adds durability to the shoe.

Midsole

The midsole with a 6-millimeter drop offers excellent surface feel, but also maintains foot comfort and ensures good cushioning. The rubber adapts to the pressure exerted by the foot during different types of activities, from jumping to running.

This midsole is placed on a flat platform that maintains the stability of the shoe, allowing for greater safety during explosive weightlifting exercises.

Outsole

A grippy rubber has been used for the outsole, which allows for good grip and traction on different types of ground. The pattern of the outsoles extend towards the arch area of the shoe, this allows the Nike Metcon DSX Flyknit to offer good grip during rope climbing exercises, while also maintaining durability.

Fit

In terms of fit, the shoes are slightly sturdier in the heel and midfoot area to allow for a more secure fit, while the toe section features more room to give freedom of movement.
