The new Nike Air Huarache Runner, a shoe inspired by a classic model that offers a nostalgic look but completely renovated, is now available from July 2023.
The Nike Air Huarache Runner is a sneaker with a design inspired by the first running shoes of the American brand, thus offering a perfect combination to lovers of running, a shoes with sporty aesthetics for our day to day.
Main characteristics of the Nike Air Huarache Runner
Nike continues to bet on the Nike Air Huarache range, the first model was released in 1991. Designer Tinker Hatfield wanted to combine the fit of neoprene water ski boots with the functionality of typical South American sandals.
They were an immediate success and soon took over the basketball courts and then the streets, where they became iconic. Now they are back, but with a modernized and updated style, changing the neoprene material for an elastic mesh.
On the upper part of the shoe, specifically on the sides and tongue and heel , the small Swoosh logos, emblem of the American brand, cannot be missing. The upper is made of a combination of fabrics that, together with a padded inner lining, allow a great fit of the foot inside the shoe.
The heel area of the Nike Air Huarache Runner is where we have more structure, for added support during activities in the nature. The elongated tongue, reminds us of the style of the shoes of the early 90's that were so successful.
In the midsole we have Nike Air cushioning, originally designed for running, which offers comfort and long-lasting cushioning.
The sole of the shoe is made of rubber to provide good grip and, above all, durability to ensure that we can use the shoes during our daily lives.
The shoe can be found in different shades of color to be able to combine without any problems with our outfit, whether more formal for day to day or for sports.
With the recent launch of the new Nike Air Huarache Runner, Nike continues to bet on this range that was so successful in the early 90s, with an updated design and that, thanks to the running shoe style, will delight running lovers.
