Design

To create the Adidas Harden Vol. 1 the firm wanted to bring classic styles into modern technology. The majority of the upper is constructed with mesh backed by a layer of nylon which allows ventilation to the interior.

These materials properly hug the midfoot and heel area, while a separate leather layer wraps the forefoot in an asymmetrical design with the laces aligned to the side.

This combo of modern mesh technology and classic leather is an ideal combination when it comes to performance. The mesh offers good support, while the leather brings flexibility to the areas of the shoe where it is needed most. The shoes have good room in the toe area, so those with narrow feet may need to go half a size down.
