The Topo Athletic Atmos is a running shoe designed primarily for runners who prioritize comfort and cushioning over fast paces.

What are the expectations for the Topo Athletic Atmos?

Topo Athletics continues to expand its catalog of running models with this new shoe that will incorporate some of the new technologies developed by the brand.

The upper of the shoe will be made of single-layer recycled engineered mesh that will provide great comfort and breathability while running.

As it is a very flexible mesh, it will adapt to the shape of the foot of each of us, so we will be guaranteed a good fit. Besides, it will have a tongue without excessive padding but that will be quite comfortable.

Stability to the shoe will be provided by the heel area in which, unlike the upper, it will have reinforcements and comfortable padding to provide that protection and stability needed in our daily workouts.

The technology that will be present in the midsole is the ZipFoam, which is presented in this shoe with more softness and lightness than previous versions. This compound will not provide us with as much reactivity as the PEBAX foam of the Topo Athletic Cyclone 2, but the ZipFoam of the Atmos will be very similar to the one already incorporated in the Topo Athletic Phantom 3.

The shoe will feature a rocker design that will give us a nice, easy roll for all paces, without too much lean as this is a daily training shoe.

The rubber outsole will provide great grip and durability, a fundamental aspect in this type of shoes.

Ideal profile of the Topo Athletic Atmos

This is a shoe that is recommended for runners of medium weight, even heavy, with a neutral stride technique who need a comfortable shoe with good cushioning to accumulate kilometers and kilometers without effort.

It is not a shoe recommended for fast runners but, thanks to its versatility, we will be able to squeeze them in those more demanding workouts. Medium paces will be the most suitable to enjoy the shoes that we will be able to squeeze without problems in long distances.

Technical specifications of the Topo Athletic Atmos

In this section we highlight the weight of the shoe, it will weigh 275 grams in the men's version (size US9), while in the women's version it will weigh 232 grams (size US8).

The shoe will have a medium drop, the same in both the men's and women's versions, specifically it will be 5 mm with high profiles, 38 mm in the rear and 33 mm in the front of the shoe.
