The Nike LunarConverge is a mid-range shoe in the American firm, which may well serve you to perform some short distance running, go for a walk, or go to the gym. And best of all is that to get this model you will not have to spend a lot of money, since it has a very affordable price, since it does not exceed 60 €. The highlight of this lightweight shoe is its comfort and breathability, enough to spend the rest of the day without any problems on your feet.

Upper features

In the upper we find a minimalist aesthetic, with an upper made in a very simple way with a breathable textile mesh, and a reinforcement in the heel area. Perhaps the same reinforcement could be missing in the toe area, since the mesh is not usually so resistant when facing demanding sports training. As additional details to this upper, we can find its durable fabric eyelets, the traditional lace-up closure, the Nike logo on the side, and the Nike label on the tongue. Inside, a lightweight insole and soft cushioning enhance the comfort of the shoe.

Midsole and outsole

On the lower part we have opted for a lightweight midsole composed of the Lunarlon system with two density, which offers a simple and effective cushioning. As for the outsole, a combination of rubber with rubber has been used in the areas most exposed to abrasion, with the aim of offering more durable traction. In addition, different types of grooves have also been incorporated in the sole, to achieve better flexibility in this shoe.

For whom do we recommend these shoes?

The main use that can be given to Running shoes like the Nike LunarConverge is for those who are starting out, ideally for short distance races in 2 or 3 uses per week. It can also be used as a walking shoe or to go to the gym, but in terms of its effectiveness it is not advisable to give it a high use in the race. It is a very light shoe that does notexceed 260 grams, and has a 10 mm drop. A mid-range shoe, with optimal cushioning, but obviously does not have the durability of Nikes premium materials.
