Mizuno Wave Rider 18

The Mizuno Wave Rider 18 are renewed. Aimed at runners with neutral footstep for all distances, including marathon. They have a weight of 260 gr in a 95 USA and is suitable for runners up to 80 kg for training, long runs and competition at medium paces.

The most popular shoe of the Japanese brand incorporates in this update a one-piece upper that fits perfectly to the foot, thanks to the new Dynamotion Fit internal reinforcements.

Its cushioning continues to be Wave in parallel and midsole made with U4iC, Mizuno's lightest and most innovative cushioning material.

New premium internal insole and SR Touch in the heel area, which provides cushioning and helps propulsion.

The outsole has also been redesigned to offer increased traction with Smoothrider technology. It reduces vibrations produced by foot impact on landing and take-off.

New flex cuts in the sole for a better transition of the footprint.

It has a drop of 12 mm. 24 mm height in the heel and 12 mm in the part of the toe.
