One of the most common problems suffered by a large percentage of runners is that they tend to bend their feet inwards when they go running. It is for this reason that choosing the right footwear will allow them not only to enjoy running, but also to optimize their performance in their regular workouts.

Thus, the Asics Gel Phoenix 6 are presented as one of those specific models for runners with mild and/or moderate pronation, of average weight -not exceeding 80 kilos-, and whose natural habitat, and the environment in which they move best, are long distances.

Remarkable cushioning and comfort

The first noteworthy feature of the sixth version of the Phoenix is the various ASICS technologies that combine to offerremarkable cushioning and comfort.

Both the forefoot and rearfoot have chosen to introduce GEL cushioning technology, which reduces impact on the ground and provides greater comfort.

Made for high-volume mileage training, the Asics Gel Phoenix 6 features a SpEVA midsole. This material increases shock absorption, but is also capable of reducing muscle fatigue. Thus, cushioning is more than guaranteed.

In addition, the AHAR+ system of the outsole confers greater durability, enhancing the protection of the most worn parts of the rubber. Another significant detail is the presence of DuoMax technology, with Asics' exclusive seal, which favors the 'correction' of pronation. Not to mention the addition of the comfordry sockliner, which serves to keep feet dry and cool, while reinforcing cushioning.

Technologies used in the Asics Gel Phoenix 6

Trusstic System. Enhances the structural integrity of the shoe and also reduces midsole weight.

SpEVA 55 Lasting. One of the lightest materials Asics uses in the midsole of its running models, ensuring good cushioning and comfort.

SpEVA Midsole. Promotes a better impulse in each stride, increases the durability of the midsole and improves cushioning.

3M Reflective. This is a reflective material that improves visibility.

AHAR+. Air-inflated rubber compound in the outsole for enhanced cushioning and durability.

DuoMax Support System. This dual-density midsole system allows for greater stability and optimal support.
