What are the main features of the Merrell Accentor 2 Ventilator?
In this model, we find different Merrell's own technologies, which are the ones that truly make this shoe a great competitor.
The EVA midsole is compression molded for stability and comfort. In addition, in terms of technologies in this part of the shoe, the Merrell Air Cushion technology, as in the Merrell Moab 3, absorbs impacts in the heel area and also provides stability.
The upper is made of suede and mesh fabric. On the one hand, the suede is used for the overlays, providingdurable and stylish protection for the shoe. On the other hand, the rest of the upper is made with mesh fabric that is breathable and quick-drying. In the case of the waterproof version, the waterproof membrane with M Select? DRY BARRIER technology keeps water out and lets moisture escape. In both cases, the lace-up closure is traditional, the toe cap is made of a protective rubber and the gusseted tongue keeps out dirt.
The outsole is composed of rubber, guaranteeing grippy performance on different trail conditions and surfaces thanks to its 5 mm lugs. Inside, the removable molded Merrell Kinetic Fit BASE sockliner offers greater flexibility and support underfoot, and the molded nylon shank is ideal for arch support.
