The Arc Teryx Aerios Aura is a hiking shoe that employs technologies from the trail running elite to improve the shoe 's performance on the most challenging terrain.

Main features of the Arc Teryx Aerios Aura

Arc Teryx expands its range of hiking shoes & walking boots with the launch of this new model that is aimed at the more intrepid who love mountain adventures.

The upper of the shoe features a mesh upper that is highly permeable to air and is made of 100% recycled polyester, durable and lightweight, and designed to allow maximum air circulation in areas prone to overheating during our hikes.

The shoe has molded rubber protections on the heel and toe to provide that extra protection so necessary in the mountains.

The upper also features a tongue that integrates with the lining to provide a secure and comfortable fit that helps minimize foot friction inside the shoe.

The midsole has a highly cushioned compressed EVA foam for lasting support, protection and comfort, which are essential and of great importance for long-distance hiking.

The high sides of the Arc Teryx Aerios Aura in the midsole also have a perimeter band to improve durability and protect our feet.

The outsole is Vibram Megagrip so we are assured of great durability and a secure grip on a variety of terrains.

In addition, the outsole has 4mm lugs strategically distributed to provide that grip on terrain with steep slopes or more technical difficulty.
