Upper of the shoe

The upper of these shoes is made of Open Mesh, a mesh with large holes that gives the shoe excellent ventilation and also allows the shoe to fit the foot properly.

In the midfoot section we find a synthetic material reinforcement which allows the shoe to have a better structure and provide greater protection to this area of the foot, a detail that will be of great help during exercises in which we need to perform lateral movements.

The shoes have a lacing system with independent holes, which help to distribute the tension of the lace in a better way to achieve a personalized and more comfortable fit for the top of the foot.

Midsole

For the midsole of the ASICS Gel-Craze TR 4, Solyte technology is used, which is a lighter weight rubber than traditional EVA rubber, even lighter than the SpEVA compound used in other ASICS shoes. Despite its lightness, the shoe's cushioning remains intact. With its 10-millimeter drop, the shoe offers a fairly substantial layer for cushioning that will keep your feet protected at all times.

This midsole is crafted in two layers of different density; the upper layer offers a lower density and is responsible for cushioning and providing a comfortable, soft surface for the feet. The lower layer has a higher density, i.e. it is more rigid, which facilitates rebound and maintains stability.

Finally, the shoe's cushioning is complemented by ASICS' GEL system, which consists of a capsule placed in the heel section and helps to attenuate impacts and make the transition from the heel to the toe area smoother.

Outsole

The sole has fairly deep flex grooves that are aligned with the joints of the foot, this is known as FLUIDAXIS technology; this system allows the shoe to accommodate the weight of the wearer and the changes in the position of the feet, mainly while running.
