Polar introduces the Polar OH1 model, which records your heart rate with Polar s high-quality 6-LED optical heart rate system. So you can use the Polar OH1 to transmit your heart rate to any Bluetooth-enabled Polar device, many fitness apps and Bluetooth-enabled gym equipment.

And if you don't like chest straps, the Polar OH1 is a great alternative for you: it works with all Bluetooth-enabled Polar training heart rate monitors, devices and cycling computers.

Prefer to train without a heart rate monitor or phone?

The Polar OH1 has an internal memory that can store up to 200 hours of training data and allows you to sync the data to Polar Flow with the Polar Flow app and web service.

This device transmits real-time heart rate to many popular fitness apps on both iOS and Android phones. This makes the Polar OH1 the ideal companion to Polar Beat, Polars free fitness and training app. With Polar OH1 and Polar Beat you get your heart rate data live on the phone display and audio prompts in the headphones during training.

The Polar OH1 armband has among one of its main features its comfort, as it fits perfectly to the arm, in a nice and discreet way. The band is made of a soft textile material and is machine washable. Also noteworthy is its upgradeable firmware, which allows the Polar OH1 to continue improving with updates transmitted over the wireless network.

We can't forget about its long-lasting battery, which allows you to enjoy up to 12 hours of training with the Polar OH1 on a single charge. Likewise, you can easily charge the battery with the Polar OH1 USB adapter (which is included).

And yes, if you're wondering, the Polar OH1 is water resistant, in fact up to 30m.
