The American firm Fitbit has launched two new devices to quantify daily activity and physical exercise, in a clear commitment to the field of health, linked to technology.

The duo of wearables that the San Francisco-based company will begin to market in a short period of time is as follows: Fitbit Charge and Fitbit Charge HR, both bracelets that quantify physical exercise, daily activity and sleep control, but evolved and with new features compared to the previous model, called Fitbit Flex.

The purpose of this type of ultra-portable devices is to achieve, through synchronization with the smartphone, a control of the user's health, including sleep, and also, to know the progress when performing different sports practices.

With Fitbit itis easy to monitor physical activity, analyze statistics, observe trends and achieve goals to improve performance.

The most basic model of those presented is this Fitbit Charge, capable of displaying on its small OLED screen simple and real-time information such as the number of steps taken during a walk, the distance traveled or the quality of sleep. If we also synchronize it with our cell phone we can see incoming calls and, in combination with a specific application, obtain physical exercise data.

Its autonomy reaches seven days, it is water resistant and will be available in maroon, blue and black at a price of 130 dollars.
