We start with its rigid midsole with a 20mm heel lift , which promotes more explosive movements and allows for maximum power transfer in each lift.

Thus, it incorporates a lacing system and two irregular straps that pass through the laces for a better fit and through the inside of the sole to increase traction in each step. In its previous version, Nike Romaleos 3, we only observed one adjustment strap.
