Welcome to this little corner where every week I can tell you a little more about myself thanks to BIO3 natural products.

This time I'm going to tell you about one of my favorite routines and the one I usually do when I run...

Previously I told you that running on the boardwalk is very cool, but I also like to go to the track, so sometimes it becomes a dilemma: Track or asphalt? ...

Track or asphalt

I think it's good to do it on the asphalt from time to time but taking care of our knees is basic and doing it on a tartan track is the best option. For me in particular it bores me to run a lot of constant laps and see the same thing, although I love running... so when I go to the track it's because I'm going to run little mileage, that is to say from 5 to 10K.

Usually when I do 5 or 6 K. Then (not always) I try to do some stairs, up and down a few sets of 10x10 or 10x15 or alternate with some crunches, can be 100 to 150 (this is already very personal).

Track or asphalt

All this should also depend on the training that each one of us has or what our "coach" tells us. The track that I like to go to, is super nice! ... I like it because it is new, it is not very saturated and has some trees around that give it a special touch, so when I go very early before 6:00 a.m. or on weekends, especially on any Sunday, I pretend that it is made just for me because I run with the luck that there is no one!

Track or asphalt

And that can also sometimes be considered a luxury, don't you think...?

So whether on track or on asphalt, running is the best! Let's remember to just listen to our body, and if our knees hurt because we do it frequently on the street and not on the track, then let's go back to it for a few weeks until they feel comfortable again.

That's what I always do and it works perfect for me, in the end there are always other activities with which we can complement and make our running or training routine more fun. And to finish off my week, going to the beach is something that also goes into my training because I relax my body and take advantage of the sun to get more energy and tan while I see that turquoise blue color that I am surrounded by in this wonderful island where I live.

Track or asphalt

I send you a kiss from the Mexican Caribbean, and I wish you many KM for this week!

I love you ?

I leave you here my Instagram in case you want to know me a little more
