Year 2015

The Mizuno Wave Sayonara 3 introduces a more aerodynamic design and a midsole with a slightly higher profile to provide maximum comfort during training. Focused on runners with a neutral stride, this third generation retains its racing essence thanks to its light weight of 250 grams in the men's model and 210 grams in the women's version.

Mizuno Wave technology

The Mizuno Wave technology implemented in the midsole of the shoe dissipates the forces of impact to make the tread more cushioned and smooth. At the same time, it provides phenomenal stability to suit different types of runners.

Smooth Ride Technology

Smooth Ride technology offers the ultimate in comfort, feel and performance. Designed to minimize the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the foot during the three phases of the stride to reduce the vibrations produced by the impact of the foot on the ground and improve the flexibility of the shoe.

Dynamotion Fit System

The Dynamotion Fit Fit system allows the upper of the shoe to optimally engage with the movement of the foot to relieve pressure on the upper.

Intercool Technology

On the other hand, Intercool technology relieves heat and moisture build-up in the shoe by incorporating a long-lasting ventilation system in the sole of the shoe, allowing heat to dissipate and keeping your feet cool and dry. This section is further enhanced by the Airmesh material that allows the shoe to maintain a high level of breathability.

X-10 rubber in the outsole

The outsole of the Mizuno Wave Sayonara 3 integrates the X-10 solid rubber compound to cope with wear in those areas most prone to impact, in order to provide you with increased durability and traction in the heel.
