Mizuno Wave Ascend 8

One of the best-selling trail running shoes for training, it comes with some significant changes compared to its predecessor the Mizuno Wave Ascend 7.

It is still a shoe that bears similarities to the Mizuno Wave Cabrakan. This model however will appeal more to those runners who want a shoe with more lightness, flexibility and stability.

• What remains unchanged is the outsole that is giving such good results. Same composition with X-shaped forefoot lugs for better traction in all directions.
• Dual-density AP EVA midsole, Mizuno's lightest and most memory cushioning material. Helps absorb some of the impact and above all stabilizes the foot strike.
• 3D outer fabric in the UPPER, resistant material that offers very good ventilation and breathability.
• Wide last that allows the use of insoles.
• Mizuno outsole with high traction for Trail terrain and WET TRACTION treatment applied to the outsole ensures the best traction on wet surfaces.

Runner type

Especially recommended for runners of average weight up to 80 kg and for runners with neutral footprint, although as you know in the mountains in uneven terrain is very relative the issue of footprint and is quite distorted.

In the women's version for runners up to 65 kg.
