The Mizuno Wave Ascend 7 is the top of the range in trail running of the japanese brand. An award-winning shoe in its previous models especially version 6 and this time mainly changes its outsole with a different distribution of the lugs to try to offer a better grip (to the already good Ascend 6). Recommended for runners of average weight between 65 and 80 kgs and neutral or slightly pronated stride looking for extra stability and a more than acceptable cushioning.
