Year 2016

The successful Synchro family of Mizuno expands with the landing of the new MD model, which, although within the Guidance range of the Japanese brand, is located one step below the Synchro MX, but still keeps intact that philosophy of being a versatile shoe, which is worth to do almost everything, you can even have them in your closet to dress as if it were a comfortable and functional sneaker, and include it in your daily casual look.

As one of its big plus points is that the Mizuno Synchro MD is the most economical model of this collection to date. And it is oriented to that profile and beginner runners or multisport runners who want to wear a shoe that provides good cushioning and great comfort, while at the same time can be used for different physical activities.

Firmer but also more stable and friendlier feel

Like its big brother, the Synchro MD also comes with a midsole that combines AP+ and U4icX compounds, offering comfort, cushioning and stability. These features, when put into practice, translate into a firmer, but also more stable and friendlier feel. So it is striking that with a weight of 280 grams and a high drop of 12 millimeters, the shoe is able to move with some ease. The reason for this is that among the most outstanding new features of the Synchro MD is the incorporation of the U4icX system in the heel, which contributes to the runner's greater comfort and fit. In addition, that feeling of comfort is enhanced by the Premium internal insole, which also reinforces the cushioning capacity of the model.

As for Mizuno 's most outstanding technologies in the Synchro MD, the Dynamotion Fit system is also present, which in the form of internal reinforcements improves midfoot support, while at the same time increasing the fit in the rear part of the shoe. And of course,AIRMesh technology, more present in the forefoot area, which offers good breathability and reinforces the overall lightness of the shoe.

On the other hand, as regards the composition of the outsole, the Mizuno Synchro MD has the X10 compound in the heel area, whose purpose is to increase grip and promote smoother transitions. Smooth transitions also include the exclusive Smooth Ride system, a technology that seeks to minimize the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the foot in each stride.
