Today we are talking about the Aduro 6 from Brooks, a well-known saga of running Running shoes that now reaches its sixth edition with a new updated model that bets on softness and adaptability. They have been designed to be used by neutral runners in training sessions looking for good cushioning and a high level of comfort.

Brooks Aduro 6, most outstanding features

We are now going to talk about the performance of this Brooks shoe. In this new sixth edition of the Aduro saga they have opted for a cushioned cushioning that we find in the midsole thanks to the BioMoGo DNA. It is an adaptive material formed by mixing BioMogo foam and Brooks DNA, with this combination we get a dynamic cushioning adapted to the runner according to the brand, pace and weight. It also includes a segmented shock absorbing cushion in the shape of a caterpillar that is fully integrated into the shoe and adapts to each step, to optimize efficiency, a higher level of cushioning and smoother transitions in the tread. Therefore we can speak of a soft and secure shoe with strategic and optimal shock absorption that adapts to the style of each runner.

In the upper of the Brooks Aduro 6, there have been some changes especially in the choice of materials. This model stands out for an improved level of breathability thanks to the updated mesh upper for additional breathability and structure. As it is a more adaptive and elastic fabric the fit on our foot is also increased in a more personalized way.

The Omega Flex Grooves have been incorporated in the sole, which are characterized by superior flexibility in the forefoot area. In fact, this is an innovative systemwith which the runner will appreciate a higher level of flexibility in their shoes as well as less effort in the tread, especially in the forefoot. It therefore increases the natural comfort of the user, with an improvement of the sensations and an athletic advantage in their workouts.

Finally, in terms of technical specifications, the weight of the shoe is below the 300 barrier so we can classify it as a lightweight shoe, in fact the exact weight in the men's model is 281 gr and in the women's 249 gr We have talked about the adaptive cushioning level, something that contributes to this is its 12 mmdrop, a drop that we can qualify as high.
