Year 2018

Asics Fuzetora is the new running shoe from Asics Running. It belongs to the new line launched by the Japanese brand, focused on those who are starting out in the world of running. These sneakers have been designed for an athlete who has recently started running, for that reason, they have made a line with good cushioning and careful aesthetics while registering a weight of less than 200gr.

As we have mentioned, this sports shoe is a model for those who are looking to get started in running with low impact exercises. As for the materials of which the midsole is composed , they have decided to go for foam, instead of the usual rubber, in order to increase flexibility, while obtaining a lightweight shoe. In addition, on the inside, it has an Ortholite insole.

Asics Fuzetora: superior cushioning and lightness

In the rear part of the foot, they have included the cushioning system exclusive to the Japanese house, FuzeGEL, in order to soften the footsteps and provide greater freedom of movement regardless of the activity you perform. It also incorporates the Rearfoot Gel Cushioning system that attenuates the shock during the impact and heel landing phases. In this way, it improves the transition in each stride in a much smoother way.

In the upper area, the versatile look of this sports shoe stands out, so as not to lose an ounce of style when leaving the gym. Special emphasis has been placed on this aspect, and aims to maintain the line of shoes between purely sporty and casual. This range includes the removable sockliner technology in the upper part of the shoe, which is characterized by its independent eyelets that allow the lace tension to be distributed. And in the upper, at the ankle, a lightweight collar closure provides comfort to the wearer. In this way we get better fit and greater comfort of the upper part of the shoe while maintaining a visually attractive sports shoe that allows us to walk taking care of our sporty image.

The sole is the area where Asics has decided to incorporate more technology, not only in this model but in the entire line. The objective of all this is that the new athlete gets more cushioning and durability with the unisole technique. Also, in that same part there is a Guidance Line, which is a flexible vertical cut along the sole that seeks to increase the efficiency of the Asics Fuzetora.

Also, in the rear part of the foot they have added the fuzeGEL system to soften the footsteps, in this way, the new runner can move more freely whatever the activity you are doing.

As for the technical specifications of this model, it has a 10mmdrop, the standard size. As for its weight we have already advanced previously that it was a fairly lightweight model for the components with which it has been made and the truth is that it weighs 195gr.
