The Adidas Rockadia trail running shoes are designed for runners who want to master all types of terrain. This model in question is made with Cloudfoam cushioning technology, a synthetic mesh upper with overlays and an AdiWear rubber outsole. This shoe offers some very simple yet very effective features. The model stands out for a great price/quality ratio, you won't have to worry about breaking the bank when buying these Rockadia, which can easily become your most used shoes in your trail running training.

Upper Features

One of the most reinforced areas of this upper is the toe cap, for which a classic stitched reinforcement has been used, which forms a continuous panel of overlays throughout the shoe. This panel will reinforce the shoe and also will protect the main mesh with which the upper is constructed, and also provides an extra touch of ventilation to the foot. For an optimal fit, a classic lace closure has been used and two pulls have also been provided, in the tongue and heel to facilitate the implementation of this shoe. Inside we find the prestigious Ortholite insole, which will not only help keep your feet cool and dry, but also provide better arch support and longer lasting comfort.

Midsole

In the midsole we find the Cloudfoam system that will provide superior cushioning and comfort. From the simplest to the most complex terrain, from the first step to the last. Don't forget that this shoe adjusts perfectly to any surface you may encounter on trail trails. The Cloudfoam will give you the durability and softness you need for your most demanding workouts.

Outsole

For this lower part of the shoe, a thick lugged AdiWear outsole has been used, which adapts perfectly to any type of irregular terrain, and it is a very abrasion resistant outsole.

Recommended use

The recommended use of this shoe would revolve around 1 or 2 weekly outings on any type of terrain, and with workouts of less than 60 minutes. It is a shoe that performs very well on all types of uneven terrain.
