Year 2015

The new shoe from the German firm Adidas for the spring / summer 2015 season is focused on runners who have a good technique when running and their priority is performance at the expense of comfort. The Adidas Adizero Tempo Boost 7 is suitable for both training and competing in medium and long distances that run on hard surfaces such as asphalt.

It is a flying and stable shoe, intended for runners of medium or light build, with neutral stride and for distances ranging from 5 kilometers to a marathon. The Adidas Adizero Tempo Boost 7 weighs approximately 260 grams for a size 43 foot and has a 10 mm drop.

Upper

The upper of the Adizero Tempo Boost 7 shoe is made of a synthetic mesh with various perforations for adequate breathability. In turn, the tongue is stitched to the upper to avoid unwanted movements during the race. On the other hand, the collar of the ankle area has a light padding, while the heel has a small reflector and the name of the model of the shoe printed with an avant-garde touch.

Midsole

The midsole of the Adizero Tempo Boost 7 is characterized by its two striking colors: white and blue, which incorporate two of the company's trademark technologies: Boost, for cushioning, and Stable Frame, in charge of correcting such an important technical aspect as pronation control.

The famous Boost foam represents almost 50% of the midsole and is made up of miles small capsules with an enormous capacity to provide cushioning and combat wear. This compound has the ability to store the energy generated by impact against the ground during running and then transform it into momentum with each stride.

The other half of the midsole is made of EVA foam to form the Stable Frame, which is the technology responsible for controlling pronation and is represented by the blue color. On the other hand, in its interior, it houses the Torsion System technology to offer optimal stability.

Outsole

The outsole of this Adizero Tempo Boost 7 is built in rubber from the prestigious Continental tire company to offer extra traction on wet and slippery terrain, which together with the technology of the German company ADIWEAR offers greater resistance in the areas most prone to wear. The outsole has lugs evenly distributed over its entire surface, except for the center of the heel and arch.
