The Nike Free TR 5 Flyknit shoes have become one of the best versions of the American firm in sports shoes for the gym and indoor sports. The design of these shoes has been inspired by six different movements that are commonly performed in gym workouts, resulting in a shoe that offers protection and flexibility to keep the movements as natural as possible.

Today's gym workout routines have diversified and so have the footwear needs for these workouts. The TR 5 allows for jumps, sprints, weight lifting, stair climbs, planks and burpees, providing agility, flexibility, cushioning and foot protection at all times.

Nike Free TR 5 Flyknit upper features

The upper of these shoes features Nikes Flyknit technology, which provides a virtually seamless construction, and thanks to the way it hugs the foot allows for greater stability and support, while remaining lightweight.

The material's characteristics offer a soft contact to the shoe to give it a fabric-like feel.

This fabric also has the quality of providing an excellent level of ventilation, allowing air to pass into the shoe, as well as allowing the vapor produced by the foot to escape, thus preventing heat from being trapped inside and causing discomfort or irritation.

The upper design is complemented by Flywire Cables technology, which are supports added at strategic points to achieve key functions: in the forefoot they facilitate side-to-side movements and from the heel area to the midsection they offer greater protection to the heel and a better fit.

Nike Free TR 5 Flyknit Midsole

The midsole of the Nike Free TR 5 Flyknit is made with a rubber that provides an excellent level of cushioning that adjusts to the pressure exerted by the foot in different types of movements; but the qualities of the midsole are not limited only to cushioning, since a groove design has been added that extends across the entire surface of the midsole and facilitates the flexibility of the shoe, making it adapt better to the movements of the foot.

Nike Free TR 5 Flyknit Outsole

The outsoles of these Nike sneakers have also been designed with flexibility in mind. A hexagonal pattern runs across the outsole and promotes multi-directional movements; the outsole also features flex grooves which help the shoe bend to follow the natural movements of the foot.

Add to this design the presence of some rubber pads that give the shoes the traction and stability needed for the most common movements during gym workouts, such as mountain climbers, side planks or slides.

Proof of the efficiency and level of commitment Nike has put into achieving the highest quality shoes in the Nike Free TR 5 Flyknit is that they have been tested by athlete Karatina Johnson-Thompson, gold medalist at the 2015 European Indoor Championships.

Undoubtedly, we can expect shoes that will suitably adapt to gym workouts and allow us to achieve our maximum performance regardless of the level of demand; shoes that will respond with agility and efficiency to a wide variety of sports disciplines.
